This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. The only data about your visit is the technical server data described below. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
Technical server data
As with any website, our hosting provider may keep server logs. These record technical data such as your IP address, the pages requested and the time of access. This data is used only to keep the site secure and working, and it is not combined with other information.
When you contact us
If you contact us through the form on this site or by e-mail, we use the details you give us (name, organisation, role, e-mail address and message) only to handle your request. Messages sent through the form are delivered straight to our mailbox through our e-mail provider in Switzerland (Infomaniak), which processes them only for that purpose. We do not pass your details on to anyone else and we do not use them for marketing.
Data stored in Switzerland
The data of the LoLe® platform is stored in Switzerland, exclusively with Swiss providers. It is never transferred to databases or servers outside Switzerland. This guarantees maximum transparency and the application of Swiss data protection law.
In accordance with the principle of purpose limitation under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), personal data processed on the LoLe® platform is used solely for the platform’s own purposes, namely the provision, operation and security of its services. It is not used for marketing or advertising purposes, nor is it sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed to third parties for such purposes. Any disclosure of personal data to third parties requires the prior authorisation of the user concerned, who may authorise such disclosure exclusively to partners of the LoLe® platform.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may ask us at any time what data we hold about you. You may also ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, write to the address below.
